Documentation Requirements

Commercial Invoice

A commercial invoice is issued with every export shipment containing detailed information about the products including product description, quantity, unit price, total value, HS code, and seller and buyer details. This document is required for customs clearance in the importing country.

Packing List

A packing list is provided with each shipment detailing the number of cartons, packaging structure, net weight, gross weight, and carton dimensions. This helps customs authorities and logistics partners verify the shipment during transportation.

Certificate of Origin (if required)

A Certificate of Origin can be issued when required by the importing country to confirm that the products are manufactured in India.

Bill of Lading / Airway Bill

The Bill of Lading (for sea shipments) or Airway Bill (for air shipments) is issued by the shipping carrier and serves as the official transport document for international cargo movement.

Other Required Documents

Additional export documents can be arranged based on destination country regulations or specific buyer requirements.

Payment Terms

Advance Payment

Export orders are processed on an advance payment basis. Production and order processing begin only after the required advance payment is received and confirmed.

Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed once the advance payment is received along with the finalized product specifications, quantity, packaging details, and branding requirements if applicable.

Payment Clearance

Shipment dispatch and export documentation are prepared after the payment requirements are fulfilled as per the agreed order terms.

Pricing & Currency

Product pricing and transactions may be communicated in internationally accepted currencies such as USD or other mutually agreed currencies depending on the buyer’s location.
